Words from Dan our Biggera Waters & Runaway Bay TV technician \ installer. Having been operating on the Gold Coast for many years now there isn't a street I haven't been into a customers house. Many of the homes in these Gold Coast suburbs are very large and our customers have many TV's throughout there home. When people move home and all the boxes arrive they seem to make watching TV again a priority and I'm all to glad to help.

We help a lot of our customers nowadays with tuning their TV and installing it on a wall. Many customers even required our help assembling their TV which comes flat packed and then doing the initial TV setup for them. A common job of ours is unboxing a new TV, attaching the base, placing the TV in it's spot, reconnecting all their AV equipment like DVD players etc. then doing the initial TV setup procedure which involves tuning the TV and connecting it to their network so they can use apps like Netflix. When we're done with all that then we always show our customers how to use their new TV and help with make any new adjustments they need.
