5 Common things customers have trouble with after buying a brand new TV.
- Auto Tuning the channels. Unfortunately in Southport Gold Coast auto tuning a TV can lead to a bunch of duplicate channels or the weak signals being picked over strong signals because your antenna is likely receiving TV signal from multiple TV reception repeater towers. What happens is the Auto Tune feature doesn't know which channel 7 as an example to tune in; the strong signal, the weak signal or the first one it finds, or it just keeps them both creating duplicates.
- Connecting to their internet network. This can be too technical for a lot of our customers, you either have to plug your smart TV into an ethernet cable or connect it to your wi-fi internet. But no, they get a bunch of unfamiliar initial start up settings nowadays which can be off putting for a technophobe.
- Screwing the base on. Seems simple right? It can be a balancing act to keep your TV screen from being damaged and the instructions often aren't straight forward. Plus you've got to be confident with a screw driver and have the eye sight to see what you're doing. Not something an unconfident person wants to attempt with their brand new expensive TV.
- Using the apps, like Netflix. Quite commonly the first time you try to use the smart TV apps on your new TV installation in Southport Gold Coast they won't work straight away.
