What does the future hold?

In the past, Franchisors from other industries have approached us to ask if TV Magic could join them under their brand name/umbrella. Smaller Franchisors & company CEO's have also approached & asked if they can re-brand to the 'Magic Hat' to build their business; leveraging off our brand name and systems.

TV Magic is proud to annouce that we have now decided to team up with Cable Magic & Auto Magic (Formerly known as BCN Mechanical) Both existing businesses have signed contracts to rebrand to the 'Magic Hat' group and soon will be franchising/expanding nationally.

We appreciate the support from all our valued customers. We run the business with both eyes on the sky, but our ears close to the ground, listening to what each and every customer has to say. At the end of the day, it's what the customers collectively want that determines the market & services we provide. 

Could this be the beginning of much, much more? Just imagine, Electical Magic? Plumbing Magic? and so on and so on.. Alot of people say, don't grow too quickly.. We know this to be all too true. We beleive you can only build as high up as your foundations are deep. Building rock solid, deep, deep, deep foundations is #1 priority. It is these foundations that provides the network, systems and end results that the customer sees and it is this end result that we take to heart. 

An example is this: I bought Maccas @ drive-thru the other day and I got the wrong flavour drink that I ordered but by the time I realised, I was already down the street. Yes, I was frustrated and I did not want that flavour. Period. However, I simply didn't have time to turn around, make a complaint and get it changed over. We know that in any business not all complaints get heard. Maccas included, (the greatest systemised business in the world) I presume they record all complaints/free products given but that would only be as accurate as the # of people that actually make the complaint. Our business is no different. We know customers have not been happy with our service but a year later they got us out again. Why? There's a good old saying. "Don't listen to what they say - watch what they do". I think this is gold, but that's another topic for another day.
