Hi, this is Dan from TV Magic Gold Coast, Nerang. Are you looking for a TV professional to help you install a brand new TV, sound bar, head phones, foxtel, dvd players, recorders and or surround sound equipment?

A real life example from today, 20th Feb 2017 follows:

Garth in Nerang bought a new Yahama Home Theatre surround sound system and despite many frustrating, time consuming hours of fiddling couldn't get it to work with his Foxtel and normal free to air channels. It would work though with the DVD player but nothing else. When we arrived and assessed the situation we found he had connnected all the speakers correctly and the Foxtel correctly however after running some tests we found the HDMI cable he was using for the Foxtel was actually faulty. We also found he had no cable transmitting sound from the TV to his amplifier so that's why the Free to Air channels wouldn't work with the amplifier. We fitted a new HDMI cable and optical cable to complete the hard wiring. Next we found not all of the speakers were out putting sound so we had to tweak the settings on the amplifier until Garth was happy. We then showed Garth what input the amplifier needed to be on and how to tweak the sound output settings so in the future he can solve any sound issues he may have himself. Now all they have to do is connect equipment to the TV and it will play through the surround sound speakers. Easy peasy!
