5 Things think about when choosing and running speaker wire.

1. Pre-wire new builds. As you can imagine it's way easier to pre wire speaker cable when the plaster gip rock isn't on the frame yet, because most of the time you'll be wanting to run wires to ceiling mounted speakers or rear speakers in the rear wall and doing this once the house is built is much more time consuming or near impossible in some situations without cutting up the walls. 
2. Pick a decent gauge wire. If you choose a speaker cable for you home theatre speakers including the surrounds for your home in Yatala Gold Coast and they are too thin you'll find that you can't blast your speakers to their potential and sometimes the amplifier will overload from trying.
3. Leave enough spare length to work with. Just wait until you're trying to connect your amplifier or speakers to the wire and it's too short, or it's just long enough to be a pain in the side. When this happens basically we have to splice more cable on to lengthen it, which is not ideal.
4. Can you tell which is black and which is red? I don't know why but heaps of speaker wire for home cinema surround sound speakers seem to come in a see through casing which is really difficult for anyone to tell which is red and which is black, they make it very hard and annoying for someone to come a long at a later to and connect your equipment.
5. Don't get ripped off. In my opinion certain brands like monster cable sell way over priced speaker wire; it's just the branding and the salesmen that makes it expensive. Just be aware.

"Adrian moved home and needed help setting up his sonos system and sound bar with his TV's again so he called TV Magic. What we found when we arrived is that Adrian didn't have his internet or wifi up and running yet so we could only help him setup the bose sound bar with the TV and not the multi room speakers because they rely on a good wifi and internet connection being present."
