$50 Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS (*)

• Minimum Spend $120 (please read on for more details)
• $50 Voucher must be mentioned upon booking / phone call / email enquiry
• Voucher must be presented to the technician upon arriving at the job prior to any work being commenced 
• TVM $50 Voucher must be valid and not expired
• TVM $50 Vouchers may not be used as cash / refund purposes 
• TVM $50 Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers
• Only 1 Voucher may be used per job per customer per job site @ any one time

Vouchers may not be used as follows:

• $50 TVM gift vouchers may not be used after the job has been completed / invoiced / paid / unpaid 
• TVM gift vouchers will not be accepted for jobs that were done prior to receiving the gift voucher
• Minimum spend infers to the 'Initial $120 Labour/Service Fee' Component of the job only.  Minimum spend does not include parts, equipment or hardware of any description. Vouchers may only be used on the initial $120 Labour /Service Fee component of the job. Example:  If a technician is supplying a Set Top Box as a favour for cost price - a customer would not be entitled to receive a $50 discount/benefits where the technician/franchisee is not charging the min. spend service fee and the customer has not complied with all other T & C's. Technicians also (occaisonally) give discounts on service fees/labour, from the full regular $120/hr price (at their discretion) and at times may/may not disclose this information or itemise these discounts on the invoices. These examples would typically make the $50 gift voucher invalid as discounts from the regular full price has already been given.
