Don't cry, we have solutions for every reception issue!

Do you live in Alexandra Headland?  If you TV reception problems are bringing you to tears, it is well and truly time for you to do something about it!  Extended Mast Antenna Installation is an innovative technique that our qualified and experienced Sunshine Coast technicians are all too familiar with.  Some reception issues can simply be resolved with an antenna upgrade, cabling adjustment, splitter replacement or by moving your current antenna to a stronger signal point.  In other cases, some Alexandra Headland residences are located in areas that we call 'grey spots.' Not quite a black spot, that out of towners can experience, rather a dip in the reception levels within certain areas.  In some cases, your reception repair may require an Extended Mast Antenna Installation, so what is this?

WHAT IS AN EXTENDED MAST ANTENNA INSTALLATION?

This is pretty much exactly what it sounds like.  By extending the mast on your antenna, you may be able to escape the demise of pesky grey spots and finally reach your TV reception signals for good!  We use safe and specific methods when installing extended mast antennas.  Due to these practices, there isn't risk of your antenna falling from your roof.  We secure your Extended Mast Antenna using professional and Australian safety standard approved methods.  Our extended mast antennas can withstand wind of up to 150 km/h and are in it for the long run.  Some antennas may only last you a year or two however we believe that your TV antenna should stand the test of time, and we have designed them to do so!  Expect a 10-15 year lifespan for your antenna so that you wont have to think (or cry) about it regularly!

Extended Antenna Mast installation, removal, repair, maintenance - High Antenna elevation

Getting a TV antenna up high is not a job for an electrician or anyone for that matter, who doesn't have the experience or know how. Only experienced specialists, like TV Magic who do these elevated, extended mast installations on a weekly basis should be trusted for your extended mast installation, repair, removal or maintenance.

Our extended mast installations are installed and designed with materials to withstand 150km/hr winds. (Basically they should not fall down until the roof of your house is peeling off!) Quite a substantial statement is made there, and one made by the years of experience and the test of time.

A TV signal is weaker, the further you live from the broadcasting tower. This means that extra height may be needed (particuarly if you live in a ditch/gully or down a hill and there is not much 'line-of-sight' from your roof top). The rule of thumb is as follows : Twice the distance - Twice the height of the TV antenna.
