Carseldine Satellite Dish Installation

Grant from Carseldine called up Matthew because he needed a new satellite dish installed on his roof to view his foreign TV channels through his satellite decoder box. Upon arrival at Grant's house, it was discovered that Grant already had a satellite dish installed and Matthew asked Grant why he needed a new satellite dish. Grant said, "well because it is simply not working and it is really old. So, I assumed I needed a new one".

Matthew put on the satellite signal metre and tested the signal to find that there was no signal, therefore, there was an element of truth to what Grant was saying, however, in Matthews professional eye, he foresaw that perhaps a brand new installation wasn't the answer and begin the search for the problem.

It was quickly discovered that just one faulty part the LNB was faulty and Grant didn't need a whole new installation but that if the LNB was replaced the signal would be perfect again. Grant was super happy that he didn't have to fork out hundreds upon hundreds of dollars for a whole new satellite dish installation at this time. He then asked Matthew to look at another problem he had because he thought that he wouldn't be able to afford both and this secondary problem was a secondary priority however now that he had saved a lot of money he asked Matthew to have a look at it is second problem, which was to look at the normal free to air television.

Once again upon looking at that it appeared as though the TV antenna was old and needed replacing on this particular occasion TV antenna at his Carseldine home did need replacing but Grant (the customer) was able to do so and get a whole lot of work done for a very affordable price.  Thanks to Matthew and thanks to TV magic, Grant now has perfect satellite reception and perfect free to air TV once again.
