When we met Laura at her Doreen home following a request for Home Theatre Installation, she was a whole bubble of fun! She had a few different ideas for where she wanted her home theatre installed. She also had a few different ideas for what she wanted in her home theatre 'maybe a projector or a flatscreen... Can we put a few TV screens together?' It was safe to say that Laura wanted a bit of direction!
We began the conversation with 'what do you want from your home theatre?' Laura wanted a central place to watch movies with her family and friends. We ruled out the spare room. Laura also wanted the space to be able to be dark like the movies - we ruled out the back deck. We were left with an area to the left of Laura's dining room. We continued to ask Laura questions about what type of feel she wanted and how often the space would be used. Laura explained that she would like to use the home theatre on a daily basis to watch TV on but to also have it set up so that it could be moodier at night time or able to be dark during the day too.
HOW WE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED THIS HOME THEATRE IN DOREEN
We listened to what Laura was looking for. For her Doreen home theatre, we helped her to choose out a screen that was of good size but within her budget. We also installed adjustable dimmable lighting so that it could be altered to the mood of the room. Block out curtains were also installed to cut out light during the day and a surround sound system was installed for that cinematic feel. It's safe to say that we had a very happy customer.
