Above is the dvd recorder that I helped with the tuning. Julie was having trouble recording tv channels and she wanted to know how to record digital tv channels. 
 
Also, because she was using the cables that came with the DVD recorder she wasn't getting a High Definitionn picture. Initially confused, she called me and I was out that afternoon and promptly sorted it out straight for her. 
 
In the end, Julie was stoked and asked if I could hang around for cookies and milk!
