What to WEAR?

YOU MUST BRING HI-VIS UNIFORM!!!!

including WORK SHORTS & PANTS! (If you do not have full hi vis uniform on the day - you will be required to purchase these on the day at an inflated price! - We do not want to be bringing stock for everybody of everybody's sizes!)

Friday - No uniform req.

Sat - Full Hi Vis Uniform Required

Sunday - Regular or Hi Vis Uniform may be worn (Saturday is the Day Hi VIS MUST BE WORN)

Sun Gala Dinner - (No Theme this year) - 'Black Tie Event' ( Suit & Tie )

What if I do not bring my FULL UNIFORM?

You will be required to purchase these items on the day.

Cost

As usual, attendance is mandatory - Cost is divided by all franchisees / contractors. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PAY WHETHER YOU ATTEND OR NOT.

Our target price for 2026 : $1750 (All inclusive)

We will not have all invoices until after the event is finished. This target price beats our 2025 conference price of $2080 per person and with future planning we expect that we will be able to reach that target.

TO make the event affordable to all and as per contractual agreements for Franchise partners and ALL TECHNICIANS - you are charged the cost to attend - WHETHER YOU ATTEND OR NOT. The charges will be put on your Cable Magic Account and DEBT COLLECTION will ensue if required. This is an annual MANDATORY training event for ALL

Approximate Cost for 2026 TOOL Magic (And our "Target Price" - subject to change) will be $1750. We will be adding payment installments to your Cable Magic account with a final payment due after conference completion. As per every other year.

High Quality Lunch, Morning Tea & Afternoon Tea will be included on Saturday & Sunday as well as Coffee/Snacks. A 3 course dinner is included on Sunday night at the Awards ceremony.

PARTNERS - IMPORTANT NEW INFO

You are required to NOTIFY of any partners attending to Shane or KIRSTEN ASAP!!

Partners are welcome! (To the gala dinner only) Last year (2024) We executed a "partner's pampering package!" Ask the wives - they were blown away! This year we are continuing this trend and are taking the "Pampering Package" to a whole new level. The cost to attend this is completely on the house! This is an initiative to get more partners to the event!

Whilst the cost to attend the "Pampering Package" is "Free" - it is a requirement that they also attend and pay for the Gala Dinner. The Gala Dinner - plating, food and seating will attract a $350 ish for your partner to attend the night. This also; is an unknown cost at this stage and is often discounted. Your partner can expect an epic night with 5 star service, 3 course meal & world class entertainment. If you are attending a dinner & show on this level you would easily pay $250-$500 per person for similar private events - and that doesn't include any Pampering! Trust us - this year will be VERY EPIC for them! For partners to attend you will need to meet our cut-off DEADLINE and we will need the $250 min. payment prior to that CUT-OFF date.

CHILDREN

We are not permitting children under the age of 15 to attend Movie Magic. Children over the age of 15 may attend the Gala dinner for the same cost as a "Partner". Children will not be participating in the pampering package. Like partners, any such additional bookings for your 15+yo child needs to be BOOKED WELL IN ADVANCED and RECEIVE CONFIRMATION FROM US
