Beth: "Hey Shannon, long time! Feels like yesterday though. Lets kick this off, what's the biggest Tip you've had in 8 years from a customer?
Shannon: "$250"
Beth: "Nice!" And what's your favourite job, please don't tell me its Reception repair.. that's the most popular
Shannon: "No its's actually wall mounting"
Beth: "Now that would be my favourite (if I could do it) It looks really satisfying to see the before and afters. Next question, what's your most awkard customer experience so far..
Shannon: "I don't think I can mention this one"
Beth: "ha!" {{The story was already known - Shannon was doing a job in a nursing home for an elderly client. She must have had dementia. So anyway, she mistook Shannon for her husband and dropped the robe barely all right in front of him - asking for a cuddle}} Sorry Shannon! I hope you don't have to re-live that experience too many times!

What's your favourite TV show? Game of Thrones
What were you doing before TV Magic? "Working in the mining industry"
Tell us something that not many people know about you. "I can play six different instruments"
What is your favourite job to do? "TV wall mounting and home cinema rooms. The end product always looks great and the customer is always over the moon"
Your favourite experience with a customer? "I'd completed a fair few jobs for a guy in Adelaide, we've ended up becoming friends and hang out on the weekends now. How's that for customer service!"
