An interview with Darrel by Beth O
Beth: "Hi Darrel!, My mate, It's been a long time!"
Darrel: "How you going Beth? It's good to hear from you!"
Beth: "Great, thanks for asking. So Lets do this interview shall we?"
Darrel: "Sounds good to me. What do you want to know? I've only got a few minutes I've got a really busy day, I think I've over booked myself again"
Beth: "Ok won't take long, So have you still been golfing? What have you been doing outside of TV Magic, hobbies, sports etc?
Darrel: "Yeah Gold, Rugby, Basketball and Surfing actually"
Beth: "Surfing! Nice. And Darrel, you've been with TV Magic for ages.. must be 7 years now? After all this time, what's your favourite job to do?
Darrel: "Reception Repair jobs. I love troubleshooting customers TV reception and fixing it"
Beth: "Oh yes most satisfying. I'd have no idea lol, so next question, what's the biggest TIP you've ever received from a customer!?
Darrel: "Umm $250"
Beth: "Oh damn! That might be the winner! So what did you do before TV Magic, can you remember that long ago?"
Darrel: "Brick Laying"
Beth: "Oo you must find this way easier, physically?"
Darrel: "Oh mate, brick laying was at least 3x times harder than this, not to say there aren't difficult parts of this job, you've got the traffic and small tight spaces in ceilings but overall yeah I'd much prefer this. I at least have energy to play golf and spend time with the kids after work"
Beth: "Next Question Darrel, what's your biggest achievement in life?"
Darrel: "A Tv Magic Business"
Beth: "Oh Wow. What makes that your biggest achievement?"
Darrel: "It has been extremely rewarding. Extremely challenging. Putting on extra van and taking care of customers I can't keep up with. I've, yeah.err even after 7 years.. I've found it extremely rewarding. I am forever grateful. It has definitely been my biggest achievement"
Beth: "That's fantastic Darrel. Last question, I hope I havn't held you up too much. What's the one place on Earth you'd rather be out of ANYWHERE?"
Darrel: " At home with my family "
