An interview with Tyler Richey by Kirsten L

K: Hi Tyler! So when you're not hanging TV's or climbing rooves to fix someone's antenna, what do you do for fun?

T: When I'm not working I'm either doing something in the outdoors like camping or biking. I hang with my friends and don't mind spending a few hours playing video games.

K: Nice, and what's your favourite place on earth?

T: Japan, In fact I just came back. Anywhere in Japan really. I am an avid snowboarder.

K: Got a favourite quote? or saying?

T: "life's like a box of chocolates. You never know what you're gonna get!" by Forrest Gump

K: That's a good one! I'm surprised you know that one at your age! So what did you do before TV Magic?

T: TV Magic was my first job! Still here, two years later and so far -loving it!

K: Awesome.. geez time flies! I remember when you started with Shannon. (Who has clocked 10 years now) well you've got some experience under your belt. What's your favourite type of job to do for a customer?

T: My favourite jobs in TV Magic are starlink, commercial and home theatre installs.

K: What's the biggest tip you've received?

T: The best tips are the ones that aren't money; such as boxes of chocolates, bottles of wine. I once got a chocolate coin from a customer's kid and that really made my day. It kinda pulled on the heart strings a little.

K: awww. What about this one? Got a most awkward moment that comes to mind?

T: The most awkward moment was entering an elderly customer's house and he turn around and had a huge split in his shorts.
