K: Hi Lucas! How are?

L: Very good thanks. Thanks for asking

K: So what did you do before TV Magic? 

L: I've always done telecommunications. 

K: Well you've got all the experience! What do you do for fun?

L: Camping with the family

K: What's your biggest achievement to date? 

L: Buying a place for the family 

K: What's your favourite type of jobs in the TV Magic biz?

L: I enjoy starlink and internet mesh systems

K: Biggest tip received on a job?

L: I was doing an antenna job out in the sticks, a proper farm house. I replaced this old bent antenna with a new antenna system with everything neatly done. I turn on the customer's TV and show him he's got every channel. He doesn't say much but says thankyou. When I'm about to leave he walks over with a stubby holder from the 80s with 2x things inside. The first thing was a 20 buck note and the second thing was a note. On the nate was a hand written message..  saying "you're the first person to go up there and not complain of the pigeon poo". The Stubb cooler was the best tip. 

K: Haha how bizarre! This might be the same answer for the next question... What's the most awkward customer experience you've ever had?

L: Male customers who call upon my TV Wall mounting services.. As an example they have a HUGE 85" TV. That's a pretty decent size TV right.. and I'm mid job.. in the middle of wall mounting it on some wall - in a position that I'm instructed to do so and suddenly the wife comes home. I might be 70% done and the wife has zero awareness or knowledge that this was going to happen. 

K: Oh! Yes! Gotta love husbands who do that..
