K: Hi Nate! how are you?

N: Very awesome thanks :)

K: So you've joined TV Magic quite recently, what did you do before TV Magic? 

N: I was a travel claims insurance officer and before that, Interior fitouts handyman

K: What's your favourite place on Earth?

N: Queenstown, NZ

K: Beeeeauitful spot! Next, as a child, what did you want to become when you grew up?

N: A wizard

K: hahah

K: What's one thing most people don't know about you? 

N: I'm a kiwi. That has never done scaffolding or carry a forklift license. 

K: haha you're a funny one. What's the biggest work tip for someone who is just joining?

N: Meausre twice, cut once.

K: What's your most awkward customer experience to date? 

N: Havn't had one yet.

K: What do you love about the job?

N: I love seeing how happy clients are after a job is completed. I like to go above and beyond to exceed their expectation.

K: 3 x biggest achievements to date? 

N: 280Kg Squat, 275 KG deadlift (yes I can lift a 75" TV on my own!) Coaching an athlete to win Gold in a powerlifting competition and he also did the heaviest bench press for his age and weight in NZ and Australia

An Interview with Bill Stack by Kirsten L

K: Hi Bill! How are you?

B: I am Awesome-mundo Kirsten! And how are you?

K: Just spectacular! So lets start off with this one. When you were a child what did you want to be when you grew up?

B: I was fascinated with astronomy. So being an astronomer was probably tops on the list.

K: What's your favourite place on earth? 

B: The surface.. hahaha well I've lived in several places and many have great features. In the USA: Sedona, Arizona. As for anywhere outside of the USA: The Gold Coast

K: Well I havn't been to the USA but I think the Gold Coast is the best place in the world! So here's an interesting question. Who's your favourite TV Magic technician? 

B: Nick Howell. He does not get in his own way as he grows towards his goals and he grows those goals. ...He gets that stagnation is the true enemy of an adult. 

K: Ah he's one of my favourite too! What's something that not many people know about you? 

B: That while I was swimming, I dislike putting my face under the surface of the water. 

K: Fav. Conference so far? 

B: Perth (Magic Moments)  was great fun and lots of good learnings for all.

K: Okay now the serious stuff - What's three of your biggest achievements?

B: 1. Graduating very high in my class in one of USA's most stressful shcools : US Navy's Advanced Electronics Schools. 2. Starting and growing, with my two other business partners, a business that now is well into 8 figures and scaling very solidly and speedily. (Urban Clean Franchise). 3. Putting up with Shane Seymour ... ha .. Ok fine..I guess it would be the great friendships I've been able to nurture all throughout my life.  

I love what I do because there are few things more powerful you can do for yourself or for others other than helping myself and others deeply change thier (and my own too) ways of seeing the world so that they achieve their goals. It's awesome. 

K: That's great. I love that answer! So funniest TV Magic story? 

B: Hmmm. I guess watching Nick Howell doing the Chicken Dance in conference because he lost a bet of some kind. HA

K: Most awkward TV Magic story? 

B: Interacting with a nameless erson who had way too much to drink in conference... ;) 

K: ohhh I think I know who you're referring to! Let me guess.. It was a conference where I wasn't there and she's not around anymore? 

B: mmm I cannot say but hey Kirsten did you know you have great intuition!

In addition to managing the marketing team, Kirsten also manages TV Magic's supply chain:- Cable Magic. Cable Magic imports and manufactuers locally over 84 lines of suppies for the TV Magic technicians. These orders are hand delivered or couriers to our techs and franchisees around the country. Kirsten takes care of accounts, procurement and inventory for the supply chain.

WIDE BAY Satellite Dish installer

Brendan Laws is seen below installing a series of Satellite dishes for Vast TV services for customers who cannot get free to air television via a normal antenna installation. 

TV Points - as many as you want, anywhere you want!

Brendan can install TV points in your building to your heart's desire. With the correct amplification and quality antenna system your house or business premises can have 1500 x TV points off the one antenna. 

When it comes to wall mounting a TV; Brendan has a saying, "where there is a wall, there is a way!". He also like says that he can mount any brand TV, any sizeTV, any where!

Brendan's flair is antenna installations and fixting TV reception. His other services include starlink installation, designing home theatres, calibrating surround sound systems or installing video walls.

K: Hi Brendan! So what did you do before you joined TV Magic?

B: I managed a commercial laundry and 35 staff. 

K: What's your favourite place on earth?

B: Bali, I went overseas for the first time and it's calling me back!

K: I love bali! How about this? As a child, what did you want to become when you grew up?

B: A builder. Yep I always wanted to be a builder!

K: Well, what you do now, is not far from it! So, what's your favourite type of TV Magic job?

B: Antenna installations at the moment. There is something enormously satisfying about being a roof; enjoying the view from being outside and all whilst getting the job done.
